NO. NO SHE DOESN’T. She has zero curves, and her ribs are sticking out at her chest. THIS IS NOT SEXY. Thanks for validating anorexic girls everywhere, media.

Where’s the rest of her body? But seriously, she’s not sexy*. She’s attractive, sure. But sexy? Hmmm. Umm. No.

People. Sexy is a matter of taste, and to put any woman’s body down because it’s not your taste is just petty and wrong.

Well I certainly didn’t put her down, though I can’t say the same about the original post. It’s like if someone said “Ahmaud’s white.” Which, oddly enough, people say that, but I digress. What I’m trying to point out is an ontological proposition. To say what someone is not is not to say what they are. In other words, to say that she is not sexy, is not to put her down, which would be to make some other claim about who or what she is. Sheriff Woody is not Buzz Lightyear is a statement about who Sheriff Woody is not, but it is also not to say what Woody is. If we are to be allowed to make claims about people that are sexy, one should also, since it is a matter of taste, as you say, be allowed to say what people we do not consider sexy. I won’t say anything about the anorexic thing because just like there are curvy women, there are also very slim women. One thing is true, and additionally not a matter of personal taste, in regard to their being qua being: they are all women. And furthermore, each are appreciated for their qualities in different ways by different people.
